With a mobility of 3 and initiative of 8 it is similar to theCromwellorT-34, but lacks the armour so only has survivability of 0. Of course this means it is the cheapest fast tank you are going to find this side of Prokhorkvka. Looking for more initiative or firepower you can always upgrade the gun to the3.7cm KW.K 36 L/46.5or5cm KW.K 39 L/60respectively, or add a driver withPreventative Maintenanceto let you modify a defensive hit to a critical to keep the tank in the fight a little longer.
