NOT SURE WHAT SUPPLIES YOU NEED TO START PAINTING MINIS? You wont have to worry about forgetting to order a necessary paint, primer, brush or tool. We’ve specifically designed this collection to help wargamers who dont know where to start and are afraid theyll end up frustrated with incomplete or half-painted minis. We’ve even included a free step by step guide on painting techniques to help you get started.

WHILE OTHER STARTER KITS DO NOT INCLUDE primers, washes, metallics, and basing material, we believe these components are crucial for making your miniature look vibrant and alive. After spending valuable time painting, the last thing you want is a mini that lacks detail, so we’ve added a brush-on primer and anti shine matt varnish to prep your mini, along with 3 washes and 3 metallics to provide the right variety of colors to test out different techniques.

YOU’LL HAVE QUALITY BRUSHES. Even professional miniature painters agree that beginners should invest in quality brushes. We’ve included two in this set. The Basecoat brush is made from finest quality Toray synthetic hair and is the perfect work-horse brush, whereas the Precision Detail brush is great for making highlights on your role play figures and other Warhammer models; it also has a sharp tip for those hard-to-reach areas on a miniature.

WONDERING WHAT TOOLS AND UNIQUE SUPPLIES YOU MIGHT NEED? In order to avoid unfinished minis, we’ve thought ahead and provided all the necessary tools to prep or repair your mini. This set includes super glue, a three-sided hobby file, a precision hobby knife, a fine tip drill, side cutter, and useful sculpting tool.

CURIOUS ABOUT BASING MATERIAL? Since no other starter kit provides basing material, we went ahead and compiled everything from swamp tuft to battlefield snow. There’s also the standard brown battleground, rocks, undergrowth, and field grass to give you options when making your mini look complete.
